Recently, I traveled with my companions in Hanoi - Sapa - Halong bay in 5 days, which was organized by this lovely and professional company. We'd had some of the spectacular experiences on Fansipan as well as the cruise in Halong was such an unforgetable journey. Hanoi was great also. Definitely highly recommended this young but enthusiatic and passionate local company.👍
We had an enjoyable 11 day tour of South, Central and North Vietnam, curated by Connek according to our requirement. Connek arranged all the logistics and did all bookings for hotels, road transportation, local flights local sightseeing tours and some culinary experiences. We are happy with the organisation, support and personalised service provided by Connek. ... all at reasonable rates too ! We found it a little tiring, mostly because of the daily early starts and long drives for local sightseeing but I guess that is to be expected. We particularly enjoyed the Hanoi jeep experience and the special dinner. We wish Connek all the best for the future.
Picked up by a luxurious bus with a wonderful tour guide who had great knowledge and very friendly. Early buffet lunch with good variety and a good amount of time at each stop on the itinerary
I must say from the start to the end their services and responses were far beyond excellence. They had communicated and executed all their tours, pick ups and transfers on time with excellent staffs. Definitely recommend them for all your Vietnam tours.
Excellent trip covering so many activities. It is a tiring day but so worth it! The pick up and journey was smooth and easy as was every activity. I would just say that 2 hours in the boat at the end when it is so hot was a bit too much

I highly recommend this travel agency the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They're very responsive in all our queries. The service is excellent and affordable but very worth it in every itenirary plus a free lunch meal. My family and I (6 in total) truly enjoyed our entire 4-day, 4-night stay in Ho Chi Minh City — all thanks to Heidi and her amazing team! From the start, Heidi was incredibly accommodating. The views were amazing. I'm a disabled veteran with bad knees, but I managed the bike ride. In hindsight, should have rental the scooter..lol Could not manage the 500 step hike to the top of the mountain, but still got some great pics. Very hot and humid, drink lots of water. I'll be back in Dec-Jan..much cooler. The buffet lunch was nice, and had air conditioning. The only meat available was mystery fish and Goat 🐐, so I just had some pork spring rolls.

This trip was very well organized and communication was great as to where and when pick up was and how long at each stop and where to meet before moving on. The bus was very, very comfortable with nice big individual chairs and much needed AC and waters waiting for you at your seat. Willy was our guide and he was terrific explaining some relevant Vietnam history and setting the stage at each place but still allowing us to explore - there are many of these tour companies but I think you are safe with this one

We really enjoyed the tour. We had a fantastic experience, it was very well organized from start to finish. Also, our guide, Mr. Long, was incredibly thoughtful, always prioritizing each guests comfort and kept us entertained throughout. He also ensured to provide us with a wealth of information about the Vietnamese culture, made sure we understood the historical significance of each place we visited. Honestly, compared to all the other countries we've visited and the tours we've taken, he truly stands out as the best guide we've ever had. The driver was also really kind and did his best to interact with us whenever he could, always ensuring that everyone was transported safely and comfortably.
Our trip was well facilitated by Jessica and Sally. The limousine was on time and we were provided rain coats as it was raining in the morning. Our guide was very good, sharing with us interesting information on places we visited. Our visit in Trung-An was among the highlights of our trip. I did a 12 days tour of Vietnam with Connek as a solo female traveller and was really well taken care of all of the days. The hotels selected were excellent and the tours including the Hanoi one day tour was amazing. I am really impressed by Connek group and team professionalism. I was well informed one day in advance what time I will be picked the next day with contact details of the tour picking me. Any changes I needed to make was done immediately by Connek too. Suddenly one fine morning I saw a photo in a news paper, it was a Golden Bridge which was in Vietnam. Newly opened for public. It was wonderful because of it's engineering marvel mixed with fine art , a sculpture. Being a practitioner of fine art fraternity it's aesthetics value amazed me and inspired me to visit the place. I started to make it a touring destination along with other places of Vietnam. I started to get some knowledge or information before coming here and through this searching process I got to be in touch with the Connek Trip company who are expertise in this business. Then I came in touch with a very sincere representative of this company who could win my trust and confidence . She is Jessica or Thu Nga, a soft spoken good human being. Everyday I used to ask thousands of quarries and she replied each and everything needed for me. I must say that without her whole hearted effort this tour would not happen. She helped us to book domestic flights , standard hotels , and food we can love in this tour of ten days , and arranging vehicle time to time in our every movement also done by her perfectly. Every morning and night she took all necessary quarries which is rare things now a days. She called me DAD, there are lot of fake tourist companies are doing this business and cheating so many people , but this is my experience that I must share to all . Our Vietnam tour with "Connek Trip" was wonderful and we thank you the team for arranging it so perfectly. The organization, the effectiveness, the planning, and on top the driver were just perfect. Connek tailor made our tour and gave us an itinerary that covered the Vietnamese, culture , history and food. Thank you it was a fantastic tour, all the way from the South to the North. The Halong bay Cruise was a dream. The tour chosen by you had nothing to fault. It was luxurious. Hien Tran and Vo Tra were always at the end of the phone, which was great for a little advice or change. I would recommend Connek hands down.
This street food walking tour was excellent and we 2 couples had a wonderful time. Our very articulate young guide took us to 6 different eating places, each different from the other and serving their own speciality. He explained the dishes in detail and they were all delicious! We ended with the famous decorated egg coffee speciality, a fitting end to a really fun street food tour. Highly recommended.
Despite wet gloomy weather, we had a lovely time. Guide was very good. Hoa Lu, village walk and boat ride were beautiful. Biking too difficult for 75 yr olds! The Lunch was mefiocre, catering to large numbers of tourists

This Ambassador partnership between Connek Hotel and students from the local university is a great initiative. We took 2 walking tours in the Old Quarter, each time in a different route. Mr Win took us to the big market and taught us how to cross the street (don't run, don't stop, just keep up a walking pace and use your hand to wave at cars to indicate - they miraculously drive around you!). The second tour at the end of our month-long stay in Vietnam was with lovely Anh and Stella, students. They showed me different things with a walk around the Lake, and going to old house. Returned us safely to the Connek Hotel where we stayed - highly recommended place to stay. Thanks Anh and Stella, I hope you enjoy happy future careers in the travel industry. Vietnam is a wonderful tourism destination!

It was an enjoyable trip with Linh and Long! They gave a detailed explanation of the history of Hanoi Prison and Hoan Kiem Lake. They shared their local favourite cafes & restaurants as well!

That was a great experience that we had when we were in Hanoi. We accidentally came across this agency when we were walking on street, and my spouse made a decision to come in. The consultant told us to choose this tour if we want to enjoy Hanoi, and it was extremely funny. Strolling along the old streets, meeting friendly local people, hearing the giving back sword story of the king were so wonderful!!!
