We take care of everything on the ground: hotel, air-conditioned transfers, an English-speaking local guide, and the meals and entrance fees listed in each itinerary. Choose from 21 packages of 4 to 7 days (4H3M to 7H6M), from US$149 per person for 2 or more travellers.

Why book a ground package

Use your own flight deal. Book AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines, VietJet or Sun PhuQuoc Airways when fares drop, then add the ground package for your dates.
Private van for bigger groups. Package prices include a private vehicle for groups of 8 or more, which suits a family or a big group of friends. Smaller groups can ask for a private tour and private van at a separate price.
One clear price per person. Each package shows what is included and what is not, with prices for groups of 2 or more and for solo travellers.
No shopping traps. We never take you to commission shops. If your itinerary includes a shopping stop, it is at a local market or mall.

Pakej by destination

North: Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh

Cool weather, mountains and limestone bays. December to February is the cold season in Sapa.

Central: Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue

The Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills, the old town of Hoi An and the imperial city of Hue. February to August is drier; September to December brings heavy rain.

South: Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Mui Ne and Nha Trang

City life, the Mekong Delta, the cool highlands of Da Lat and the beach. November to April is the dry season.

Phu Quoc Island

Beaches, the Hon Thom cable car, VinWonders and Sunset Town. November to April is the dry season.

Halal meals

Halal meals are available on request when you book a private tour. Tell us when you enquire and we will include them in your quote. Mosques in the main cities include Al-Noor Mosque in Hanoi and Jamia Al-Muslimin Mosque in Ho Chi Minh City.

Questions Malaysian travellers ask

Do Malaysians need a visa for Vietnam?

No. Malaysian passport holders can stay in Vietnam visa-free for up to 30 days. Check the latest entry rules before you travel.

Is airfare included?

No. Our packages are ground (land) packages only. International flights are not included.

Is the transport private?

Package prices include a private vehicle for groups of 8 or more travellers. For smaller groups, we can arrange a private tour and private vehicle at a separate price. Some legs use shared transport, such as the sleeper cabin bus between Hanoi and Sapa or between Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat, and the shuttle bus to Ha Long Bay on cruise days.

How do I pay?

By credit card (3% fee), bank transfer (bank fees paid by the sender), PayPal (3.8% fee), or cash through RIA or Western Union. The payment schedule is stated in your tour confirmation.

What if I need to cancel?

Free if you cancel 35 days or more before arrival (except payment fees, paid deposits and issued flight tickets). 25% between 35 and 20 days, 50% between 20 and 10 days, and 100% within 10 days. See our cancellation policy.
