Refund policy

This policy explains what happens when you cancel a tour package booked with Connek Trip (Coxi Travel & Tourism JSC).

Cancellation charges

Cancellation 35 days or more before the arrival date: no charge, except any payment fee, and except where a deposit has been paid or flight tickets have been issued to guarantee seats.
Cancellation between 35 and 20 days before the arrival date: 25% of the tour price.
Cancellation between 20 and 10 days before the arrival date: 50% of the tour price.
Cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date, or no-show: 100% of the tour price.

The specific cancellation fee for your booking is stated in your tour confirmation, because each hotel and supplier applies its own cancellation policy.
