Most trips we plan for travellers from Singapore are tailor-made, usually 5 to 7 days. Tell us who is travelling, how much you like to move around and the hotel standard you prefer, and we build the trip around your group. You book your flight from Changi; we take care of everything on the ground in Vietnam: hotels (3-star or 4-star), air-conditioned transfers, English-speaking local guides, and the meals and entrance fees listed in your itinerary.

How we plan your trip

Built around your group. A couple, a family with young children, or friends travelling together: tell us ages, walking ability and the pace you enjoy, and we suggest which places to keep and which to leave out.
Fewer moves, more time. You do not need to see every stop in a region. We show you the drive times and hotel changes for each option, so you can choose a lighter plan.
Your choice of hotel. Every package has a 3-star and a 4-star option, with breakfast included.
Private options for your group. Package prices include a private vehicle for groups of 8 or more. Smaller groups can ask for a private tour and private vehicle at a separate price. Some legs use shared transport, such as the sleeper bus between Hanoi and Sapa; each itinerary says which.
Clear, land-only prices. Prices are per person in USD and show what is included and what is not. Pay in full, or pay a 50% deposit and the balance 15 days before departure.
No forced shopping. We never take you to commission shops. If you want to shop, we suggest local markets and malls.

Four regions to choose from

North: Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa

Old Hanoi, limestone bays and rice terraces. Hanoi to the Ha Long cruise pier takes about 2.5 to 3 hours by road, and Hanoi to Sapa about 6 to 7 hours, so many families pick either Ha Long and Ninh Binh, or Sapa, rather than all of them in one short trip.

Central: Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An

Beaches, the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills, the lantern-lit old town of Hoi An and the imperial city of Hue. One hotel base in Da Nang keeps hotel changes to a minimum. February to August is the drier season.

South-central highlands and coast: Da Lat and Nha Trang

Cool weather, pine forests and waterfalls in Da Lat, then the beach and islands of Nha Trang.

South: Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne and the Mekong Delta

City life, the Cu Chi Tunnels, river life in the Mekong Delta and the sand dunes of Mui Ne. November to April is the dry season.

Questions travellers from Singapore ask

Do I need a visa for Vietnam?

It depends on your passport, not where you live. Singapore passport holders can visit Vietnam visa-free for up to 30 days. If you live in Singapore on another passport, check the rules for that passport; many nationalities apply for an e-visa online before travelling. Entry rules can change, so check the latest rules before you fly.

Are flights included?

No. Our packages are land-only. There are direct flights from Changi to Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City; check the airlines for current schedules. If you need help booking flights, contact us and our team will support you.

Can we travel during the school holidays?

Yes. Tell us your dates early, as hotels and cruises fill up in June and December. Book 120 days or more ahead to receive an Early Bird discount (bookings made until 31 December 2026).

How do I pay?

Prices are in USD. You can pay in full or pay a 50% deposit, with the balance due 15 days before departure; bookings made 15 days or less before departure are paid in full. Payments are collected on behalf of Coxi Travel & Tourism JSC by its affiliate COXI SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED.

What if I need to cancel?

Free if you cancel 35 days or more before arrival (except payment fees and paid deposits for issuing flight tickets). 25% between 35 and 20 days, 50% between 20 and 10 days, and 100% within 10 days. See our cancellation policy.
